The room included its own built-in Bluetooth sound system. The hotel facilities were fabulous. The spa was lovely. I especially appreciated the friendly staff and stylish social spaces with the bar. They really went out of their way to help and give recommendations!!!

The location is PERFECT, situated in a very central part of the area. It takes only twenty minutes to get from the hotel to Plaza Catalunya. Amazing restaurants and coffee shops are close to the location.

Breakfast options were amazing!!! The breakfast options had a wide variety of choices for all guests. The hotel also has a bar with very comfortable spaces in the lobby surrounded by large libraries.

The hotel is designed and very clean with everything you might need. Each room has its own built-in Bluetooth sound system for playing music. I could relax in the spa. It was amazing!!!

i booked a room with spa access. it turned out that you only get 30 minutes in the spa. breakfast and coffee were not great. it was a waste of money.

The breakfast area looked understaffed. Clearing tables was slow. i found an unexpected charge on my bill upon departure. this billing discrepancy caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience.

the hotel features modern decor. i found the rooftop pool area especially appealing, i liked the spa facilities. the breakfast included freshly squeezed juices and offered eggs prepared according to my preferences. the bed linen was nice and the pillows more than met my expectations.
The bathroom lacked charm. i found it quite basic. the gym is very small. Guests must book in advance.

the staff demonstrated friendliness and efficiency throughout my stay. i could always reach someone when i needed something. i found everyone to be accommodating, from the bartenders to the front desk staff, especially the helpful doormen.

the hotel provides easy access to several attractions. casa batlló and sagrada familia are only a short walk away. the general area felt safe and quiet. the location has cool restaurants and fun shopping nearby.

limited spaindifferent staff
I was really looking forward to relaxing. the spa access was a big selling point, but it felt quite restricted. also, the staff seemed a bit indifferent. They weren't exactly rude, but they weren't particularly cute either. i was like they could have been more attentive.

The breakfast had a great selection (I especially liked the fresh pastries). I found the location quite convenient, close to many restaurants and shops.
The gym was a bit small, only having a few machines.
